The River City Rumble will be taking place Friday, June 14th 2013 at the Family Arena.  It will feature St. Louis Guns 'N Hoses Boxing Team vs Guns 'N Hoses Teams from around the country.  All donations will go to BackStoppers Responder Rescue.  Steve Holley, tournament promoter tells us more about this exciting event and what we can expect to go down in the ring.....

The MuckFest MS is right around the corner and it's much more than an obstacle course with mud.  It's a five-mile course featuring a gauntlet of muck-filled mazes, pits and craters with over twenty gigantic obstacles that spin, swing and fling you up, down and sideways through the course. All to support the cause and Katie, Mitch and JC swang by the studio to tell us all about this exciting fundraiser.....
